Tsz Mat Pun, 50, the manager at Sheepshead Bay’s Seaport Buffet — where the rampage occurred — succumbed to the injuries he suffered during the bloody Jan. 15 attack on Thursday morning, sources said.
Pun died at NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn.
